Kian is Weird Village’s calm in the creative storm - producer, videographer, and big-picture builder. With a background in industrial design and a reputation for clear thinking under pressure, he’s the one who makes sure bold ideas actually get made (and made well). Kian got his start shooting music videos and never looked back, building a trusted network of collaborators and a production style that’s grounded, intentional, and never overcomplicated. As COO, he helps shape the studio’s direction while staying close to the work - camera in hand, timeline in mind, always focused on the story.

Victoria wears a lot of hats - and usually designs them, too. As CEO and Creative Director of Weird Village, she brings together sharp strategy, visual storytelling, and a hands-on design style that’s both thoughtful and bold. With a background spanning business development at the Latin Recording Academy and production on TV & Film projects at Sony Music, she’s just as comfortable pitching to sponsors and streamers as she is illustrating and designing. Her work blends clean design with textured detail - logos, decks, murals, merch - and her hand-drawn lettering and artistic roots show up across the Weird Village aesthetic. She co-founded the studio to shake up how creatives work together in Miami, prioritizing collaboration, ethics, and story-first execution

Evan is the visual backbone of Weird Village. With over a decade of experience behind the lens, he’s known for his distinct blend of technical precision and storytelling that’s rooted in emotion, curiosity, and craft. Whether directing a music video on motion picture film or developing analog prints in his home darkroom, Evan’s work is concept-forward, richly textured, and full of feeling. He’s obsessed with photo history, passionate about the “dream” stage of ideation, and never afraid to push creative boundaries if it means getting to something honest. As President and Creative Director, he helps lead the studio’s vision, and brings a sense of magic to every project Weird Village takes on. Also: he can balance almost anything on his chin.
